Salary: $45–50/hour (~$95K–$104K annual equivalent)

What you will do

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of client implementations across hirify.global Care solutions.
• Develop and track project plans, flag risks, and ensure timely deliverables within scope.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and building trust.
• Conduct training sessions with clinicians and admins to ensure solution adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain detailed records of client requirements and project progress in CRM and project tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. within specified states
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years managing full lifecycle of client-facing healthcare SaaS projects.
• Strong project management skills including risk mitigation and task management.
• Excellent communication skills aligning technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Pendo, Tableau; EMR/EHR implementation preferred.
