What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle implementation of Worksite Safety product for new and existing clients.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and ensure accurate documentation and user acceptance testing.
• Define and meet project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
• Present best practice workflows and align client processes with hirify.global platform.
• Drive contractor/supplier onboarding and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with product teams on enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or within commutable distance to an office for hybrid work.
• 3+ years project management or implementation experience in software/SaaS industries.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and worksite safety functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project management software and safety certifications preferred.
