TL;DR

Senior Counsel, Global Channels And Professional Services: Guiding complex transactions with channel partners and supporting professional services in optimizing GTM and service delivery motions with an accent on global channel program development, complex agreement negotiation, and risk mitigation. Focus on structuring deals, ensuring compliance with global laws, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance productivity.

Location: This position can be remote or based in one of Procore’s U.S.-based office locations, such as Austin, Texas.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Serve as legal subject matter expert for global channel programs and professional services offerings.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex strategic partnership, channel, and services agreements.
  • Provide practical commercial guidance and compliance advice to global Sales executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Shape business and legal terms to ensure channel programs and contract terms comply with applicable law and company policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine templates, playbooks, and guidelines for efficient legal GTM function.
  • Deliver training and education to Professional Services and Channels organizations on relevant legal and sales enablement issues.

Requirements

  • Must be admitted, active, and in good standing with a state bar in the U.S.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting channel and professional services organizations.
  • Extensive experience developing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS global channel partner agreements.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, global antitrust and competition law, and commercial negotiation best practices.
  • Comfortable negotiating data privacy agreements, including working knowledge of global privacy laws (EU Data Act, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
  • Highly agile, results-oriented, solution-minded, and a creative problem-solver with exceptional business acumen, judgment, and discretion.

Nice to have

  • Keen interest in leveraging AI technologies (Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Harvey) to amplify reach and productivity.
  • Experience and skills working in Google applications, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, SimpleLegal, and E2Open.
