What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including sales, software licenses, and SaaS agreements.
• Collaborate with EMEA and global sales teams and stakeholders to close deals under tight deadlines.
• Develop and negotiate agreements for partner programs (Reseller, Distribution, Teaming).
• Adapt existing contracts and draft new documentation to reflect business changes.
• Develop and provide training to internal teams on key legal issues, contract management, and risk mitigation.
• Proactively identify and address potential legal risks and support the Legal Team in improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience (PQE) with a strong focus on commercial contracts.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the UK.
• Proven experience negotiating complex enterprise-level contracts, particularly in the SaaS and cloud services industry.
• Working knowledge of global privacy and data protection regulations, including experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Ability to quickly understand company products and services.
• Exceptional communication and drafting skills with attention to detail.
