Salary: $211,000 - $330,000 (base)

What you will do

• Lead, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements including enterprise subscription, professional services, reseller, and vendor contracts
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-value or complex deals with business-aligned guidance
• Define and oversee global contracting frameworks, templates, playbooks, and approval pathways
• Develop scalable contract operations practices including deal-intake governance and workflow optimization
• Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align commercial terms with regulatory and risk considerations
• Build and deliver training and self-service resources to empower go-to-market teams

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• 8+ years experience negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Experience building or scaling contracting programs and negotiation frameworks
• Bar admission in good standing (NY or CA preferred)
• Prior leadership experience managing commercial attorneys or contract managers
• Ability to operate with a global mindset and collaborate cross-functionally

• Experience supporting global contracting programs
• Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or data-driven technology platforms
• Knowledge of privacy and data-use frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA
