What you will do

  • Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team delivering customer-driven software solutions.
  • Drive adoption of technology, product, and process improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Own functional and non-functional requirements roadmap for the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and career development for all reporting staff.
  • Advocate for customers and develop product expertise.
  • Improve testing and automation to ensure software robustness and customer protection.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View or San Diego, California
  • 15+ years industry experience with at least 2 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform and strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Success for Enterprise businesses.
  • Strong hands-on engineering leadership with agile and lean mindset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing, microservices, API design, and SaaS deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
