Vice President, SaaS Operations (AI): Ensuring the availability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence of a multi-tenant SaaS platform, including AI infrastructure. With an accent on API design, database performance, and scalability. Focus on driving strategy for availability, scale, compliance, and resiliency of AI infrastructure, and optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.

Location: Hybrid (King of Prussia, PA; Boston, MA; or Remote within East Coast or Central US time zones)

Salary: $305,000 – $370,000 MAX per year

What you will do

• Lead the buildout and evolution of AI infrastructure to power hirify.global Cloud's multiple AI offerings.
• Own operational performance, including uptime, SLAs, latency, incident rates, and capacity.
• Drive strategy for availability, scale, compliance, and resiliency of AI infrastructure.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Build and lead a world-class SaaS Ops organization with strong managers and ICs, championing a DevOps and continuous-delivery culture.
• Partner with Security to maintain compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and lead technical aspects of audits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading operations or SRE for a SaaS product.
• Experience leading cross-functionally and operating in a Senior Director or VP level role at a global company.
• Expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Strong background in systems engineering, distributed systems, and high-scale operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational teams.
• Experience with multi-region or global SaaS deployments and leading incident management processes.

Nice to have

• FinOps or cloud cost optimization experience.
• Background in compliance-heavy SaaS sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare).
