Salary: $244,000–$305,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage two high-impact engineering teams (Service Frameworks and Service Tools).
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for the Service Platform pillar, influencing service development and operations.
• Collaborate deeply with stakeholders across Developer Platform, Infrastructure, and product engineering.
• Mentor and develop engineers and managers, providing clear feedback and growth opportunities.
• Cultivate a strong engineering culture centered on collaboration, ownership, and empathy for developers.
• Ensure operational excellence, raising quality standards in system design and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven engineering leadership experience (5+ years managing engineers, with at least 2+ years at a manager-of-managers level).
• Experience architecting, building, and maintaining highly available services in a large Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Familiarity with patterns, libraries, and frameworks for building and testing services, and service-to-service communication.
• Actively involved in defining and setting organizational strategies and roadmaps, and deriving measuring goals and success criteria.
• Must be based in the United States and live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
