What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow engineering teams with a focus on mentorship and career development.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural and code quality standards.
• Own end-to-end project execution, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Drive operational excellence including system health monitoring and technical debt management.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management or technical program management.
• Strong project and program management skills with Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Technical foundation in Python, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship available.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level.
