What you will do

• Drive the vision for the Sales Intelligence Platform (SIP).
• Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.

• Define and communicate the engineering vision and roadmap.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 9+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in management leading one or two teams.
• Experience building SaaS products on public cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across product, GTM, and executive functions.
• High technical fluency for platform and AI discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience building large scale data ingestion pipelines with low latencies.
• Experience building AI-enabled sales products for enterprise customers.
