What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams within the Customer Platform focused on Subscription.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices to foster continuous improvement and ownership.
• Define technical strategy aligned with business goals emphasizing innovation, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive alignment across squads and cross-functional partners to deliver key initiatives.
• Scale architecture and systems with long-term growth and evolutionary design in mind.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Must be US-based or eligible for US remote work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• 10+ years development experience with strong backend systems background.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep experience in ecommerce/subscription platforms (Catalog, Payments, Orders, Subscriptions).
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other OOP languages and web frameworks.
