What you will do
- Provide prompt, accurate follow-up to support tickets and calls.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Product Management to resolve product issues.
- Create and deliver product or technology training to internal and external partner teams.
- Share knowledge through new knowledge base articles.
- Take ownership of customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service/support position.
- Proficient in Windows (registry, services).
- Understanding of virtualization platforms and basic networking.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Mac troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with Zendesk.
- Previous experience with RMM software.
- Knowledge of Italian, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
