What you will do
- Liaise with clients and their IT personnel to investigate and resolve problems with web applications, networks, and desktop configurations.
- Provide immediate technical assistance to clients via telephone, tickets, or email.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier III technical support and ensure resolution.
- Conduct software compatibility tests and recreate client software environments for testing and replication.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Product Development regarding software usability and functionality.
- Maintain a knowledge base with resolutions and provide training to Tier I personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in client application support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Macintosh Operating System.
- Knowledge of various internet browsers including Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome, and Safari.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat (versions 9, X, and DC) and Microsoft Office (versions 2007 and 2010).
- Understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and topologies.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010.
- Knowledge of SQL Servers and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Experience with Java programming and Active X controls.
- Multi-lingual capabilities.
