What you will do

  • Create and manage advertising campaigns for top brands, overseeing 45% of the US marketing budget with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, highlighting successes and providing optimization recommendations.
  • Convey consumer marketing plans to stakeholders (sales, studios, marketing managers) and adapt based on feedback.
  • Develop and manage an ongoing social content calendar and collaborate with creative partners for high-quality digital content.
  • Drive customer/consumer strategy and creative for key brands, coordinating with global marketing for localization.
  • Manage a Digital Marketing Specialist, focusing on online presence and social strategy across influencers, paid, and organic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience executing digital marketing initiatives with demonstrated success.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content best practices and content specifications for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience in highly impactful digital marketing campaigns and strong skills in planning, developing, and writing marketing content for digital media channels.
  • Knowledge of current SEO and PPC principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Experience with tools and analytics for scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and evaluating social media and consumer-facing content.
