What you will do

• Be the global ambassador for hirify.global creators, creating and presenting strategic plans to senior management and international teams.
• Identify and advocate initiatives to improve player acquisition and retention on social channels and live streaming.
• Develop strategies to drive innovative, dynamic concepts with external licensees and partners.
• Lead short, medium, and long-term creator content conceptualization and planning from ideation to execution.
• Manage internal workflow for asset creation, ensuring quality, legal compliance, and error-free files.
• Drive the ongoing schedule of livestream programming, determining topics, writing talking points, and briefing influencers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, project management, content creation, influencer, or social media.
• Proven track record of building strategic plans for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, self-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites with excellent deck development skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.
• Work on a hybrid basis from Novato, California, United States.
