Salary: $88,000–$174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

• Partner with CEO to create and manage an AI-focused executive social content calendar.
• Develop a distinctive AI-native voice for executive social media presence.
• Translate emerging AI trends into founder-level content and creative formats.
• Create workflows for content drafts, approvals, and rapid iteration.
• Analyze social media performance to inform content strategy and opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative and communications teams to produce engaging multimedia content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco with regular onsite presence
• 3-5 years experience in high-velocity social media for AI startups or technical founders.
• Strong knowledge of AI ecosystem and social media platforms, especially X/Twitter.
• Ability to create fast, credible, and viral social content including threads and technical storytelling.
• Experience managing social media controversies and rapid content iteration.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with video snippet creation and meme culture.
• Experience with other social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
