We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a new Applied AI product and help build a secure analytical web application powered by workflow-based AI capabilities.

In this role, you will take ownership of the product end-to-end - from architecture and backend services to frontend experience, cloud deployment, production quality, and operational readiness. This is not a prototype-focused position: we are looking for someone who can turn defined requirements into a reliable enterprise-grade product.

What you’ll work with:
Python, React / Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, LLM-powered workflows, enterprise authentication, observability, and production safeguards.

What we’re looking for:
-Strong experience with Python and backend API development
-Solid frontend expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
-Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
-Practical experience with AWS
-Experience building production web applications end-to-end
-Experience with SSO, OIDC / OAuth, roles, groups, and permission-aware access
-Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real product workflows
-Experience with workflow / agent-style orchestration, evaluations, observability, and production-quality delivery

Nice to have:
PostGIS, Microsoft Entra ID, LangGraph or similar frameworks, RAG / retrieval pipelines, benchmark and regression suites, guardrails, and analytics-heavy product experience.
