What you will do

• Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts including recovery mechanisms and tenant isolation
• Improve observability and operability of systems
• Build performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure such as real-time event processing
• Plan scaling initiatives to support large customer growth
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable product features
• Mentor engineers on best practices for observability, rollout strategies, and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills for debugging errors and performance issues
• Experience building scalable infrastructure for high-growth products
• Ability to mentor and share expertise with peers
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python and cloud platforms like AWS
