What you will do

  • Lead regional Customer Success functions (Support, Onboarding, Account Management) for the Thai market.
  • Drive core metrics including NDR, onboarding success, and service quality for the Thai customer portfolio.
  • Ensure high customer retention and low churn, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with Thai and global teams within a multinational structure.
  • Translate technical and operational concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead regional Customer Success functions across Support, Onboarding, and Account Management.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in hospitality or hospitality technology, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Fluent in Thai with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated success leading Thai teams and understanding Thailand’s hospitality landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or technology.
  • Proven success working within international companies.

Nice to have

  • Sr Leadership Experience (managing managers).
  • Advanced degree in Hospitality or Business.
