Salary: $80,000–$95,000

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding projects for mid-market clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Conduct discovery and system characterization sessions to tailor configurations accordingly.
  • Deliver advanced training for admins and managers across multiple departments or locations.
  • Support integration and technical setup needs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage onboarding timelines and project milestones, ensuring smooth handoff to Customer Success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing product development and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management roles
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with integrations and technical product setup is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills.
