Location: Hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada

What you will do

  • Lead data enrichment and workflow optimization using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Implement and track marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and localize marketing materials for regional needs ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and organize regional marketing events including virtual and in-person activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with sales goals.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with no relocation assistance provided.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience focused on campaign implementation and optimization in food tech, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

  • Background or strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry.
