What you will do

  • Define and own customer marketing strategy and roadmap across onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Design and oversee targeted lifecycle campaigns and multi-channel journeys (email, in-app, webinars, events).
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to reduce churn, drive expansion, and build customer health reporting.
  • Lead customer advocacy programs including reviews, case studies, and references.
  • Use marketing automation and data platforms to build scalable journeys and dashboards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior marketers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or edtech.
  • Advanced marketing automation and CRM expertise (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Strong data-driven decision making and customer segmentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in marketing is a plus.
