What you will do
- Develop, launch, and measure integrated joint marketing campaigns for pipeline growth.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across marketplaces, including Microsoft and Technology ISV partners.
- Create differentiated partner narratives, messaging, and value propositions.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure alignment across channels.
- Support partner recruitment and growth by creating scalable marketing assets and onboarding kits.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and contribute recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to accelerate campaign build, content generation, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B partner or channel marketing experience within a SaaS environment, ideally working with technology alliance and ecosystem partners.
- Proven success building and executing end-to-end partner marketing programs that drive measurable channel growth.
- Experience developing and running marketplace marketing campaigns, with an understanding of co-sell and demand-generation motions.
- Strong understanding of partner lifecycle marketing, including partner recruitment, enablement, and activation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Hubspot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (6sense).
- Strong data and analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Skilled in collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

- Microsoft ecosystem experience.
- Familiarity with partner marketplaces and co-sell programs.
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management platforms (e.g., Mind Matrix).
- Prior experience implementing AI workflows in marketing or enablement contexts (ChatGPT, Copilot, or custom agents).
