Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead voice-of-customer programs and translate insights into product needs and GTM strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end launch planning, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Manage customer communications and track adoption metrics to optimize messaging.
  • Build proof-point repositories and collaborate on quantifying clinical and financial impact.
  • Support growth marketing and new market expansion through segmentation and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive GTM execution and enablement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or health-tech.
  • Experience with GTM strategy, messaging frameworks, persona development, VoC research, and product launches.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to measure PMM KPIs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements.
  • Passion for behavioral health or healthcare innovation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SUD or addiction-treatment markets and behavioral health specialties.
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement, payers, and value-based care models.
  • Experience building ROI calculators and customer reference programs.
  • Knowledge of product marketing frameworks and competitive intelligence.
  • Familiarity with CRM/RevOps tools and metrics.
