Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $175,000 - $215,000 base + Equity + Benefits

What you will do

• Build and iterate on a roadmap for your product area based on company vision and customer input.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to drive projects from ideation to launch.
• Engage with users daily in the hirify.global Community Slack to keep a pulse on the product.
• Measure the impact of every release and use data-powered insights to improve future bets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of building SaaS products for Enterprise customers (startup experience preferred), with experience building for different clients (Chrome extensions, Windows/Mac apps).
• Appreciate the craft of building products and understand design and engineering disciplines.
• Understand the customer deeply and become the go-to person for your product area.
• Be highly collaborative and inspire your team.
