What you will do

• Lead projects through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
• Break down complex backend projects into incremental phases that deliver value to users and the business.
• Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies for accelerating treatment adoption.
• Guide and support a team of engineers to achieve a balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate user experience.
• Help influence short to long-term roadmaps, balancing long-term scalability with day-to-day improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
• Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role.
• Proven track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact.
• Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch.
• Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize them for non-technical stakeholders.
