What you will do
- Drive cross-product growth initiatives by identifying opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and increase customer lifetime value.
- Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across customer journeys, validating hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to design and deliver data-informed campaigns across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Translate customer behaviour, performance data, and market trends into clear recommendations that guide prioritisation.
- Help foster a culture of experimentation and customer-centric growth across teams.
Requirements
- A strong analytical foundation, comfortable working with numbers and using tools like Excel.
- The ability to turn complex data into clear stories, communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making.
- Experience contributing as an individual contributor, driving your own work forward while collaborating effectively.
- A track record of owning projects that improve the commercial performance of a product or feature, from strategy to execution.
- An interest in growth, customer behaviour, and experimentation, using data and creativity to deliver meaningful outcomes.
