What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from idea to launch, ensuring business goals and value delivery.
• Lead your team by setting clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with hirify.global's mission.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.
• Drive results by using data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Act as a problem solver, tackling new challenges to improve products and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.).
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products.
• 1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, and Design).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense for prioritizing tasks based on ROI.
• Experience in driving product vision and communicating with leadership, customers, and partners.
