Focus on leading technical discovery sessions, validating integration approaches, and shaping partner solutions to accelerate adoption across new ERPs.

Location: Remote (US) with relocation support to New York City or San Francisco if needed.

Salary: $151,200–$231,000

What you will do

• Partner with internal teams and integration partners to design scalable workflows and clarify integration requirements for ERPs and financial systems.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and customers to understand AP, procurement, and accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with SI and ISV partners to architect and validate API-based integrations, advising on data flows and object mappings.
• Support partners in their go-to-market motions, including sales enablement and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to create technical assets, workflow templates, and integration best practices.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales teams on deals where partner-led ERP integrations are critical, providing technical oversight.
• Identify recurring partner needs and integration patterns to inform hirify.global’s roadmap and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Consulting, Partner Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of ERP or financial system workflows (AP, procurement, GL, accounting processes) and their translation into system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to architect API-driven integrations and convert business processes into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts simply and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with SIs / ISVs or channel partners, especially in integration design, solutioning, or enablement contexts.
• Strength in system design, documentation, and project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives.
