TL;DR

Focus on developing global GTM strategies, translating AI features into clear communications, and understanding market dynamics to accelerate user growth.

Location: A flexible and hybrid setup requiring at least 2 days from the office.

What you will do

  • Deeply understand customer audiences (C-level executives, HR/Operations) and market dynamics, competitors, and product levers.
  • Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive positioning and awareness.
  • Develop global go-to-market strategies, defining target segments, positioning, packaging, messaging, and pricing.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders.
  • Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications to increase adoption.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, including sales enablement tools and marketing activation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving a go-to-market strategy in a technology company.
  • Proven ability to drive solution positioning and messaging, and experience in creating messaging platforms.
  • Data fluent with the ability to identify trends and articulate business results achieved by past marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with AI products or features and the ability to turn technical concepts into clear messaging.
  • Understanding of the evolving AI landscape and how it influences SaaS buying behaviour and customer expectations.
  • Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Gravitas and confidence to deal with C-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Degree in business, marketing, information technology or another related field.
