What you will do
- Deeply understand customer audiences (C-level executives, HR/Operations) and market dynamics, competitors, and product levers.
- Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive positioning and awareness.
- Develop global go-to-market strategies, defining target segments, positioning, packaging, messaging, and pricing.
- Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders.
- Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications to increase adoption.
- Own end-to-end product launches, including sales enablement tools and marketing activation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving a go-to-market strategy in a technology company.
- Proven ability to drive solution positioning and messaging, and experience in creating messaging platforms.
- Data fluent with the ability to identify trends and articulate business results achieved by past marketing initiatives.
- Experience with AI products or features and the ability to turn technical concepts into clear messaging.
- Understanding of the evolving AI landscape and how it influences SaaS buying behaviour and customer expectations.
- Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Gravitas and confidence to deal with C-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in business, marketing, information technology or another related field.
