Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + variable + equity options

hirify.global is a company building a platform for life sciences teams to safely and compliantly build regulated products, especially incorporating AI/ML into medical software.
What you will do
- Shape market perception by transforming complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and positioning.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for new products and features in partnership with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams.
- Create content such as decks, one-pagers, web pages, webinars, and case studies to drive action and thought leadership.
- Empower go-to-market teams by building and delivering training, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Conduct market research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to shape messaging and product strategy.
- Track and report the impact of launches, content, and enablement initiatives on revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management with 3+ years in B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience developing clear, audience-specific messaging and product narratives for complex, technical, or regulated concepts.
- Experience designing and delivering effective sales enablement, including competitor battlecards, objection handling, sales presentations, and training.
- Proven track record using data and market insights to refine messaging and strategy.
- Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, sales presentations, demo videos, one-pagers, web pages, blogs, and webinar content.
- Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution in a startup environment.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule from Boston, Massachusetts.
Nice to have
- STEM background or proven knowledge in Life Science SaaS, Software/Product Lifecycle Management, Software testing/Verification and Validation, Artificial intelligence (AI/ML), Cybersecurity, or Medical device/software as a medical device (SaMD).
