What you will do
- Deliver differentiated messaging and positioning that articulates value to industrial audiences, focusing on Teamcenter customers.
- Develop and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to engage IT leaders in industrial enterprises.
- Partner with Product Management to develop clear value propositions that differentiate hirify.global in the market.
- Enable sales teams to effectively articulate the value of hirify.global products.
- Collaborate with Campaign teams to ensure alignment between messaging, tactics, and field execution.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, and communicate actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Presales.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical features into benefits and value for different enterprise buyer personas.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional results across product, sales, demand generation, and channel partners.
- Willingness to travel internationally at least once per quarter.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in platform go-to-market.
- Prior experience with Challenger Sales methodology.
- Prior experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM solutions.
