TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Industrial): Delivering market insights, positioning, and messaging for a low-code platform in the industrial space with an accent on articulating differentiated value to industrial audiences, particularly Teamcenter customers. Focus on developing go-to-market strategies for IT leaders and enabling sales teams to communicate product value effectively.

Location: Hybrid role based in Rotterdam, London, Frankfurt, or Munich. Flexible remote working arrangements can be supported. Occasional international travel (minimum once per quarter) is required.

What you will do

  • Deliver differentiated messaging and positioning that articulates value to industrial audiences, focusing on Teamcenter customers.
  • Develop and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to engage IT leaders in industrial enterprises.
  • Partner with Product Management to develop clear value propositions that differentiate hirify.global in the market.
  • Enable sales teams to effectively articulate the value of hirify.global products.
  • Collaborate with Campaign teams to ensure alignment between messaging, tactics, and field execution.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, and communicate actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Presales.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical features into benefits and value for different enterprise buyer personas.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional results across product, sales, demand generation, and channel partners.
  • Willingness to travel internationally at least once per quarter.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in platform go-to-market.
  • Prior experience with Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Prior experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM solutions.
