Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 + Variable + equity

What you will do

• Build and lead the product marketing function and team.
• Define and evolve hirify.global’s core messaging, category positioning, and narrative architecture.
• Lead all major Go-to-Market (GTM) launches, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact.
• Create marketing collateral (decks, web pages, webinars, case studies) to tell the story and strengthen leadership.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for go-to-market teams.
• Inform strategy by distilling customer, competitor, and analyst insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience building and managing PMM or GTM programs at scale.
• Proven success launching complex products to enterprise buyers.
• Strong background translating technical or regulated products into clear, differentiated stories.
• Demonstrated leadership in aligning PMM, Product, and Sales teams around shared goals.
• Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution in a hyper-growth environment.

Nice to have

• STEM background or experience in Life Science SaaS, Software/Product Lifecycle Management, Software testing / Verification and Validation, Artificial intelligence (AI/ML), Cybersecurity, or Medical device/software as a medical device (SaMD).
