Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (hybrid work)
• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing with proven successful campaigns
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with creators and agencies
• Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting campaign performance
• Fluency in English
