Location: You can work from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga, or work fully remote. You also have the freedom to work up to 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross/month.

• Act as a mentor and acquisition consultant for emerging brands.
• Consult on acquisition audits and implement cutting-edge PPC strategies.
• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets to drive efficiency and maximize campaign impact.
• Work alongside other stakeholders in the co-founding program.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 3-4 years successfully managing PPC campaigns.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
• Experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to oversee many projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
