What you will do
- Co-create and execute digital marketing plans together with the Head of Marketing.
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget and campaign timelines.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track results, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights using GA4.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment.
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance and attribution models.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing full-funnel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn).
- Solid GA4 proficiency and analytical mindset – ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
- Proven experience running campaigns in international B2B markets.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and an ownership attitude.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- English: C2 level required.
