What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with various influencers.
• Identify and outreach potential influencers and negotiate rates.
• Provide clear instructions and guidelines to influencers for accurate campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers.
• Effectively manage influencer marketing campaigns to reach objectives and KPIs.
• Overview day-to-day account management: reports, invoices, budget management, etc.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in performance marketing and understanding of digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Enjoy social media and can easily name outstanding influencers.
• Ability to manage digital marketing tools, analyze their data, and provide constructive conclusions.
