TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Vilnius (4 days in office, 1 day from home).

Salary: Gross salary range is 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.

What you will do

  • Launch affiliate programs for various digital products, ensuring smooth setup and clear tracking.
  • Manage commission structures, track payouts, and ensure accurate, timely partner payments.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions, revenue, and ROI.
  • Identify, onboard new affiliates to expand program reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Analyze KPIs, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve program performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in kick-starting and managing affiliate programs, ideally in digital products, subscriptions, or e-commerce.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented, with a mindset focused on growth, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
