What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps for the SME segment.
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks.
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities and growth levers.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Serve as the operational nexus between the SME track and horizontal teams.
• Own the OKR process and monitor performance against key metrics.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Strategy & Operations with demonstrable impact in scaling business operations.
• Proven track record of translating strategic initiatives into executable plans.
• Proficiency in SQL (or willingness to learn) and data analysis tools.
• Strong strategic vision, analytical excellence, and project management rigor.
• Exceptional communication and influence with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from a country in Europe, within two hours of CET.
• English language proficiency.
