What you will do

• Assist with lending initiatives by coordinating tasks across product, engineering, data, compliance, finance, and legal teams.
• Track project timelines, manage task lists, follow up on action items, and manage deliverables.
• Maintain documentation of processes, reporting requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support ongoing partner interactions by gathering information, preparing meeting materials, and documenting outcomes.
• Help with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting tasks by collecting and organizing data.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner or customer issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relationship management, strategic partnerships, and business development experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Deep knowledge of consumer lending and the requirements for a successful bank partner model.
• Demonstrated general understanding of state and federal bank regulations applicable to loan products.
