What you will do

  • Lead and improve the company’s performance review processes, aligning individual and team goals with strategic objectives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives, tracking cross-functional execution across various departments.
  • Prepare executive meetings, board decks, and weekly business reviews, focusing attention on critical matters.
  • Lead or support organizational design initiatives and manage major operational changes and new strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey / BCG / Bain) or in roles such as ex-founder, business analyst, or performance manager within high-growth companies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and KPIs into concrete decisions.
  • Strong business acumen covering SaaS economics, growth levers, and organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous goals into executable plans, demonstrating extreme ownership and bias for action.
  • Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
