Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark for a hybrid workplace model.

What you will do

  • Manage 2 software engineering teams, focusing on staffing and professional development.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand and refine customer outcomes.
  • Lead day-to-day operations for scrum teams, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate with other engineering leaders on product area improvements (quality, security, delivery, performance).
  • Provide input to the strategic direction of the product area.

Requirements

  • Professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading software engineers.
  • Good grasp of core engineering practices (testing, coding, CI/CD, security, architecture).
  • Effective collaboration across a large, international organization.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark for a hybrid workplace model.
  • Application in English required.
