What you will do

  • Manage two software engineering teams, focusing on staffing and development.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define and deliver customer outcomes.
  • Lead day-to-day scrum team activities, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term improvements.
  • Work with other engineering leaders to improve product quality, security, delivery, and system performance.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the product area.

Requirements

  • Professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading software engineers.
  • Strong understanding of core engineering practices such as testing, coding, CI/CD, security, and architecture.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and open culture.
  • Effective work across a big, international organization.

Nice to have

  • Azure-based cloud application experience.
