TL;DR

Business Development Representative (BDR) (LATAM/Portuguese): Driving business growth and expanding the customer base by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities through proactive outreach and effective lead qualification. Focus on prospecting, initiating outbound calls, and qualifying leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit to generate pipeline for sales counterparts.

Location: Hybrid position requiring work from our Austin office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) from 9 AM to 4 PM.

What you will do

  • Contribute to revenue generation by delivering pipeline to Sales counterparts.
  • Prospect and research potential leads or target accounts for hirify.global products/services.
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce hirify.global offerings and qualify leads.
  • Build relationships with potential customers and manage CRM data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed set targets and KPIs, including daily calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of professional working experience, with an interest in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Fluent (Business Level) in Portuguese is required for working with LATAM markets.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the Internet works.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com and proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
  • Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets (e.g., 50 outbound calls/day, 30 targeted emails/day, 5+ qualified opportunities/week).
  • Ability to travel within and outside the United States and/or Canada as required.
