What you will do

• Develop and drive product roadmaps for a competitive and differentiated product portfolio.
• Act as the “ear in the market” and the “voice-of-the-customer” for the R&D organization.
• Maintain an up-to-date view on competition, market size (TAM/SAM), and key industry trends.
• Define and execute successful, impactful go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Trigger business development initiatives with OEM and TIER1 customers, resulting in future design-wins.
• Manage all aspects of the existing and future product portfolio.

Requirements

• MSc. in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
• First few years of experience in marketing of semiconductor products.
• Willingness to travel to customers and NXP locations worldwide.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-cultural mind-set.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience gained in marketing Automotive Ethernet PHY products or similar high speed data communication products.
• Technical background in Automotive electronics & Networking technologies.
• Independent working style, fast learner, creative, and open for new ideas.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with strong execution.
