What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs to achieve high performance and sales excellence.
- Drive partner-led revenue by converting and closing partner-sourced opportunities, ensuring co-selling discipline with partners like Microsoft and IT resellers.
- Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy using MEDDPICC qualification and deal management framework.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to align GTM initiatives and improve partner experience.
- Identify and implement data-driven improvements to partner motions and sales processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Barcelona, Spain for onsite work.
- Native-level Portuguese and excellent English (C1+) required.
- 2+ years leading sales teams in B2B SaaS or partnership-driven environments.
- Experience with MEDDPICC for complex deal qualification and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of partner motions, co-selling, and channel sales.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder consultative sales, ideally in HR, payroll, or accounting ecosystems.
