TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Generating quality pipeline for the Southern Europe Sales function by researching target accounts, prospecting through outbound activities, and qualifying inbound leads. Focus on consistently meeting or exceeding KPI and activity expectations to achieve quarterly quotas and goals.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (in-office a few days per week)

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges.
  • Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English language.
  • Fluency in French OR Spanish language.
  • Coachable and eager to learn, thriving in a continuously evolving business environment and actively seeking feedback.
  • Growth-minded, thinking strategically about business impact while driving personal success.
  • Proactive and resilient, taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Minimum 1 year successful sales track record.

Nice to have

  • Relevant experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions preferred.
