What you will do

• Develop and optimise paid social strategies for high-growth clients
• Act as primary strategic advisor and main client contact
• Design cross-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Collaborate with client services on campaign setup and optimisation
• Lead creation of new templates and workflow improvements
• Contribute to team professional development across hirify.global

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam
• 5+ years experience in paid social with strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Understanding of marketing mix modeling, attribution challenges, and proving value to CMOs
• Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders
• Work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
• Structured and organized approach
• Strong Dutch language skills preferred
