What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Maximize B2B customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, bid management, and creative adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign results, turning data into actionable insights for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional country teams, including e-commerce, pricing, web analytics, brand, and e-business departments.

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong communication and project management skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• English: B2 required.
