What you will do

• Own and execute paid digital campaigns across channels like Meta and Google
• Build, scale, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with global Product, Data, and Marketing teams to improve customer conversion journeys
• Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments to acquire relevant audiences
• Participate in creative sprints to generate high-performing assets
• Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance and growth insights

Requirements

• Location: Native Dutch speaker based in or near the Netherlands
• 4+ years experience in performance marketing at high-growth or digital product companies
• Proven success managing large-scale campaigns on Meta, paid search, and display advertising
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English
• Strong project management and hands-on attitude
