TL;DR

Commercial Marketing Manager (Digital Products): Driving the success of digital products by developing and implementing commercial marketing strategies with an accent on lead generation, customer re-engagement, and retention. Focus on collaborating with sales teams, creating multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing performance through data analysis and team leadership.

Location: This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office, with a hybrid work model requiring in-person work three days a week or more. Flexible support to work from home or remotely is provided for the remaining days, with the option to work from (almost!) anywhere for up to four weeks a year.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a commercial marketing strategy to raise awareness and generate high-quality leads for the Digital Sales team.
  • Partner with Digital Sales to understand business needs and create campaigns aligning with revenue goals.
  • Ensure consistency across brand, sales, and marketing efforts by collaborating with Digital and Commercial Directors.
  • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns (web, SEO, email, PPC, print, telemarketing, event marketing) to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Set up and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce, overseeing data segmentation and analysis to inform strategies.
  • Lead, guide, and develop a team of two Marketing Executives to meet commercial marketing needs for digital products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and project management tools (e.g., Eloqua, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience with data segmentation, CMS, web analytics, A/B testing, and design tools (e.g., Treasure Data, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva, Turtl).
  • Full fluency in English is required.
